After logging into your account, you can easily create an exchange request from the “My Orders” section.

Once your exchange request is created, all necessary instructions will be clearly provided in your customer panel.

The product must be sent to us via DHL E-Commerce in accordance with these instructions.

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.

It should be returned with its original packaging and all accompanying components.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.

Underwear products are subject to special hygiene conditions.

For items in the panties and bras category, if the security seal on the product packaging has been opened, exchanges are not accepted.

This policy is applied to ensure product safety and hygiene standards.

All Naphor products are carefully inspected in line with our quality and compliance standards before being shipped. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may initiate an exchange request through the customer panel.

Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected, and if deemed appropriate, the exchange process will be initiated. In such cases, all shipping and related operational costs for the exchange are covered by Naphor.
